Learn how mindfulness can improve wellness

LifeMatters and the Employee Assistance Office are offering a virtual webinar, Mind-Body Wellness, on Tuesday, February 20, noon–1 p.m. via Zoom. Many of us are judged by how quickly we can get things done. Because of this, it is difficult to develop the mindset of slowing down, getting centered and getting focused. This webinar will teach participants about:
- Control vs. letting go
- The practice of mindfulness
- Conscious breathing
- Gentle stretching
- Guided relaxation
